Laura’s distinctive vocal interpretations create her singular style. Her extensive repertoire is drawn from the American songbook and jazz standards, as well as her original music. She performs with best in class musicians and has appeared at venues all around the country including Danny’s Skylight Room, Davenport’s, Hofstra Cultural Center’s International Concert Series, Drew University, Trumpets Jazz, Deer Head Inn, and for private and corporate events. Her original music is heard in domestic and international markets and she has won several songwriting awards from 'Hullabaloo,' her debut CD of original music. She is a vocal coach, presenter and speaker, and columnist. Laura is a member of Manhattan Artists and Cabarets, International Association for Jazz Education, Recording Academy, and the New Jersey Jazz Society, where she serves as a member of their Board of Directors.
